Who will clean my home?
Heavenly Blessed maids have professional maids. Every maid is carefully selected and trained to give you the best service possible. All maids must go through a complete criminal background check before we hire them. We take pride in our services. Heavenly Blessed maids is bonded, and insured.
Will you use the supplies I provide or do you bring in your own supplies?
As our client we respect what it is you want and will honored what you feel most comfortable with. Our maids come to your home fully equipped with high quality cleaning products and equipment, but feel free to let us know how we can best serve your needs.
What do I need to do to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?
You are important to us and, as such, we honor your time requests and trust that you will do the same. If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment simply call or email us within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning appointment. If we are not notified within 48 hours, you will be charged for your regularly scheduled appointment.
How do I pay for services?
We're really flexible about this issue, most customers start out by leaving a check on the counter. Some then find it more convenient to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
Should I be at home when you clean?
No. depending on your needs and wishes you can either be present or out of the home. If you prefer not to be home simply provide a key, which we will keep in a locked file for security. We can always make other arrangements if you prefer to be home while we clean.
